Double Chocolate Banana Bread
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups mashed banana
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1/2 cup + 2 TBS cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 335 degrees. Grease two loaf pans and set aside. Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips until well blended. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
Split the batter between the two loaf pans and bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack and cool before inverting to remove from pan.
Aww yeah. That's what I like to see. While it's baking, this banana bread will make your house smell seriously SO amazing. Like, somebody please make a candle out of that smell.
